Welcome to Passive Real Estate Investing! When I started my journey in the real estate investing world I was constantly looking for real world examples of how others are succeeding with their investments. Here you’ll be able to follow me as I embark on my real estate investing journey.

While no investment is truly passive, the types of investments you’ll see on my blog are much more passive than other investors who search for under market priced properties, fix them up, look for a tenant, and manage the property. I went the “passive” route and am using turn key real estate providers. There is still lots to do such as find the right markets and perform the proper due diligence on each property.

I created this site for two reasons:

1. Keep myself accountable – I feel that logging my journey is the best way to show myself that I’m making progress.
2. So that new investors or folks who are looking to start investing can track my progress, learn from my mistakes, and overcome their fears so that they too can start enjoying passive income through real estate! (Zig Ziglar said: “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.”)
